Branches

Branches is a women’s prayer gathering, which meets on the second Tuesday of each month from 9:30-11:00AM in Church of the Resurrection in the Bethlehem room. It was named and started by the founding women of the church and is spiritually based on former pastor, Rev. Fr. Louis Trivison. Its mission is to encourage one another to pray daily and read spiritual books, poems, prayers. During the meeting we share insights from life experiences, requests prayers for others, share gratitude, and thanksgiving; confidentiality is upheld. We pray for others. We start the meeting in a period of contemplative prayer. Some resources we share are the book: Jesus Calling, the Mass readings from This is our Day, and Living with Christ. We welcome new members.
