Mission Trips

Our Youth Mission Trips offer middle and high school students the opportunity to live out their faith through service, community, and spiritual growth. Each summer, our youth either travel to communities in need or stay local to serve others through hands-on work, prayer, and meaningful encounters.

Projects may include home repair, assisting in parishes, or running children’s programs. Beyond the physical work, these trips are powerful experiences of Christian discipleship, where teens learn to see Christ in others and deepen their relationship with God.

Each day includes prayer, reflection, and opportunities for fellowship and personal growth. Mission trips are open to youth who are committed to growing in faith and willing to serve with humility, compassion, and joy.

Fundraising opportunities and adult chaperone support are essential to make these trips possible.

If you're a young person looking to serve—or an adult who wants to support our youth—please contact Julie Tragon at jtragon@churchofresurrection.org or 440-248-0980 ext. 25 or Christa Bomeli at cbomeli@churchofresurrection.org or 440-248-0980 ext. 29 to learn more!

Our 2026 Youth Mission will consist of two Mini Missions on June 24th-27th and July 16th-18th. Our youth are welcome to join us for one or both of these missions. If they can only attend a partial amount of any one of these missions, please reach out to Julie or Christa and we will make accommodations. Sign-ups will be posted soon! Also, please contact Julie or Christa if you are interested in helping with one, both, or partially as an adult chaperone.
