Sacramental Preparation

Sacramental Preparation is the process through which our children and youth are formed in faith and made ready to receive the Sacraments of the Catholic Church—particularly First Holy Communion,  First Reconciliation (Confession), and Confirmation.

At our parish, preparation involves not just learning about the sacraments, but growing in a relationship with Jesus Christ and becoming active participants in the life of the Church. Programs typically include:

  • Age-appropriate instruction in the faith

  • Family involvement through parent sessions and at-home activities

  • Retreats or special workshops for deeper reflection

  • Opportunities for prayer, service, and liturgical participation

Sacramental preparation is more than a class—it is a journey of faith that helps individuals and families live more fully as disciples of Christ.
