Build the framing for Pope Leo Village. Ideal for getting comfortable with tools while working alongside seasoned volunteers.

June & July 2026: Build the Houses & Hospitality Crew
🔨 Site Installation team helps raise the walls on the actual build site. This varied work lets you see the direct impact of your labor as the village takes shape.
🍲 Hospitality Crew provides the fuel for our builders. Prepare, pack, and deliver hearty lunches to the shop and site crews to keep spirits and energy high.

August 2026: Rock the Block
Rock the Block is a one-day, high-impact community revitalization event hosted by Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity. Volunteers join homeowners, community members, and local leaders to complete exterior home repairs, landscaping, painting, and neighborhood clean-up projects—strengthening community pride and improving public spaces across Cleveland.

No prior experience is required! Our peer mentoring approach means you'll work alongside experienced builders who are eager to teach. Whether you're in Wall Fabrication, Site Installation, or Hospitality, we'll guide you through everything you need to know.

For Wall Fabrication and Site Installation tracks, wear comfortable work clothes and closed-toe shoes. All tools and safety equipment are provided. For the Hospitality Crew, just bring your willingness to serve—we'll provide everything needed for meal prep and delivery.

You can volunteer as often as your schedule allows! Our 3-hour sessions are designed to fit into your life. Sign up for weekdays or Saturdays based on your availability. Whether you can commit to one session or many, every contribution helps build Pope Leo Village.

Yes, children are welcome for Adult-led tracks, and anyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a supervisor 18 years of age or older.
